IMPORTANT: THIS LICENSE COVERS ONLY THE CALYBRIS WEBSITE FRONTEND. IT DOES NOT COVER CALYBRIS CORE OR ANY OTHER SEPARATELY PUBLISHED SOFTWARE. By accessing, downloading, forking, cloning, displaying, executing, or otherwise using any part of the Website Frontend, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this License. If you do not agree, do not use the Website Frontend. 1. DEFINITIONS "Licensor" means Emir Huseyin Inci, doing business as Calybris. "Website Frontend" means only the presentation layer contained in this website repository, including its HTML, CSS, browser-side JavaScript, site documentation, copy, frontend demonstration interfaces and frontend fixtures, visual design, user interface, layout, motion design, images, illustrations, three-dimensional assets, logos, names, and trade dress. "Excluded Software" means Calybris Core and every other separately published Calybris product, library, engine, command-line tool, API, SDK, package, or repository. Excluded Software is not part of the Website Frontend even when the Website describes, links to, or demonstrates that software. "Website" means the publicly hosted Calybris website produced from the Website Frontend. 2. OWNERSHIP AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS The Website Frontend is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to the Website Frontend, including all copyright, design, database, trademark, trade dress, patent, confidential-information, and other intellectual-property rights. No right is granted except the narrow permission stated in Section 3. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. For the avoidance of doubt, this License does not change, replace, narrow, or otherwise affect the license of any Excluded Software. Calybris Core, and any other Calybris software released under the Apache License 2.0, remain governed by Apache-2.0 in their respective repositories or distributions. Every other Excluded Software project remains governed solely by the license shipped with that project. 3. LIMITED WEBSITE-VIEWING PERMISSION The Licensor grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable permission to access and display the publicly hosted Website in an ordinary web browser solely for personal viewing or internal evaluation. This permission includes only the transient technical copies automatically created by a browser as necessary to display the Website. It does not grant any right to use the Website Frontend's source code, assets, design system, frontend demonstrations, or content for any other purpose. This Section neither grants nor restricts rights in Excluded Software. 4. PROHIBITED ACTS Unless the Licensor gives prior express permission in a separate written agreement signed by the Licensor, you must not, directly or indirectly: a. copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, mirror, archive, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise make available any part of the Website Frontend; b. modify, translate, adapt, arrange, transform, or create derivative works based on any part of the Website Frontend; c. use any part of the Website Frontend in production, in a commercial activity, for internal business operations, for client work, or to provide a product or service; d. reproduce or imitate the Website's visual identity, page composition, interaction model, motion language, frontend demonstration interfaces, trade dress, or any substantially similar design; e. use the Website Frontend to create, improve, evaluate, benchmark, or support a competing product, service, website, template, library, or design system; f. scrape, crawl, bulk-download, systematically extract, index, or assemble a dataset from the Website Frontend, except for ordinary search-engine indexing that respects the Website's published controls; g. use any part of the Website Frontend as training, fine-tuning, retrieval, evaluation, or benchmark data for artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated systems; h. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source, structure, algorithms, or non-public implementation details from compiled or transformed portions of the Website Frontend, except only to the minimum extent that applicable law makes such a restriction unenforceable; i. remove, conceal, alter, or bypass any copyright, attribution, provenance, rights-management, access-control, or license notice; j. use "Calybris", any Calybris product name, logo, mark, domain, visual identity, or confusingly similar designation; or k. represent that the Website Frontend is open source, freely licensed, endorsed by the Licensor, or affiliated with you. 5. GITHUB-SPECIFIC NOTICE The Licensor authorizes GitHub to host and technically process the Website Frontend as required by the GitHub Terms of Service. GitHub users may view and fork a public repository only to the extent GitHub's Terms of Service require the Licensor to permit those platform functions. A GitHub fork, clone, download, or other technical copy grants no license to use, modify, publish, distribute, deploy, commercialize, or create derivative works from the Website Frontend outside that narrow platform permission. 6. NO PATENT, TRADEMARK, OR CONTRIBUTION LICENSE No patent, trademark, trade name, logo, domain-name, publicity, moral-rights, or other license is granted. Submission of an issue, suggestion, pull request, or other contribution does not grant you rights in the Website Frontend and does not obligate the Licensor to accept or use the contribution. 7. COMMERCIAL OR OTHER USE Any use beyond Section 3 requires a separate written license. Permission may be requested at emirhuseyin@calybris.tech. No permission exists unless and until a written agreement is signed by the Licensor. 8. AUTOMATIC TERMINATION Your permission under Section 3 terminates automatically and immediately if you breach this License. Upon termination, you must cease all use and permanently delete every copy of the Website Frontend in your possession or control, except copies that applicable law requires you to retain. Termination does not limit any other right or remedy of the Licensor. 9. ENFORCEMENT Unauthorized use may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor may seek injunctive or equitable relief, damages, costs, and any other available remedy. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. 10. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THE WEBSITE FRONTEND AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE FRONTEND OR WEBSITE. 11. EXCLUDED SOFTWARE AND THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS Third-party packages, libraries, fonts, and other materials remain governed by their respective licenses and notices. This License does not restrict rights that a third party validly grants under a separate license. No third-party license expands your rights in the original Calybris materials. Excluded Software remains governed by its own repository or distribution license. Nothing in this License imposes the Website Frontend restrictions on Calybris Core or another separately published Calybris software project. 12. MANDATORY LAW Nothing in this License excludes a right that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. Any such right applies only to the minimum extent required by law and does not expand any other permission. 13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION This License is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction. 14. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE LICENSE If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. This License is the complete license for the Website Frontend and may be modified or waived only by a separate written agreement signed by the Licensor.
