A learner that cannot cross the line, and a record that proves it didn't.
Three demonstrations, one decision core. The learner proposes; the core decides what is permitted; the receipt lets someone check the decision without ever seeing the learner. Everything here runs in this tab — 237 KB of WebAssembly, no server, no account, no telemetry.
What this is for
01
Buy under uncertainty without blowing the budget
You do not know which supplier delivers until you try them. Trying is how you learn and also how you lose money. Here the learner may only choose among the options the budget and risk policy already allow, so exploration cannot spend what was never authorised.
02
Know how fragile a decision is before you sign
A single quote comparison tells you who wins today. It does not tell you that a 7% price move hands the order to someone else. The sweep runs thousands of versions of the same decision with prices and the budget moving by amounts you set, so you get a distribution instead of a point.
03
Prove a decision without handing over the model
The record carries what the model concluded, not the model. An auditor replays the core against those numbers and gets the same answer, byte for byte — so a private pricing or scoring model can still be defended in a review.
